Change Order No. Five (5)
Dear Bud:
The City of Coppell advised us on August 26, 1988 that the funds
and legal instruments needed for the above referenced work have
been received as of August 26, 1988.
By receipt of this letter, you are hereby issued a Notice-to-
Proceed with construction for the above referenced work, Change
Order No. Five (5), on or before September 1, 1988. This work
shall facilitate a temporary roadway connection from existing
Southwestern Boulevard to the new intersection of Belt Line Road/
Denton Tap Road. Enclosed are 3 sets of construction plans for
your use.
Per the change order, 30 calendar days are allocated for this
work. The Belt Line Road contract, which will now include the
Change order No. 5 work items, establishes September 30, 1988 as
the new contract completion date. A fully executed Change order
instrument is enclosed for your records.
