Belt Line Road Traffic Signals

Dear Mr. Naghavi:
We are pleased to inform you that on July 26, 1988, the Coppel~
City Council awarded the contract for the Belt Line Road'Traffic
Signal project to Arjang Electric Systems, Inc. in the amount of
$90,247.21. Immediately after the contract award item, the City
Council approved Change Order No. One (1) for this project. This
change reduces the contract amount by $4,993.10, which reflects a
new revised total- contract amount of $85,254.11. An executed
copy of this change order will be provided to you upon both
parties execution of the contract.
Enclosed for your use are 6 counterparts of the Standard Form of
Agreement, Payment and Performance Bonds. Please use the example
contract attached when filling out the instruments, return them
executed to Ginn, Inc. and we will forward them to the City of
Coppell for their execution. When you return the executed
contracts, please also provide 6 original certificates of
insurance as per the contract requirements.
After all the instruments have been executed by both parties and
returned to us, we shall have the documents bound and. each party
shall receive two fully executed contract sets for their records.
Please note that per the contract, the above mentioned documents
must be executed by the contractor and returned to us within 15
calendar days of receipt of this notice of contract award.
