Dear George:
Based on our review of County funds which we thought would
be available for the improvements to Beltline East/West, we
are advised that all County funds allocated for the Coppell
section will be required to construct the bridge over the
river at the East City limits. It will, therefore, require
developers to supply all funds for the remainder of the
project or we must wait until the city can consider a new
bond issue. The earliest we would anticipate this is after
1990. It is imperative that you secure funding from the
City of Dallas and Dallas County as an adjoining property
owner to pave that section of Beltline which is in the City
of Dallas.
