I have received a request from Scott Evans to install a left turn lane for
eastbound traffic on Beltline E/W at Ledbetter. It appears that Hr.
Evans will have the Design Engineer for the roadway, Halff & Associates,
do the engineering necessary for the !eft turn lane..
Hr. Evans would then submit a check to the city with the engineering and
we would then forward it to the County for constructing the left turn lane.
~hat I need to know is should the City hold up this added access to these
nonconforming uses, for any reason. This is the same entrance for Johnny
Thompson's tract. Please advise,
