RE: Easements for Irving Water Line WA 94-02
Dear Mr. Lucas:
This letter is written in reference to the Sandy Lake Road pump station and DWU rate of flow
controller in Coppell, Texas located at 1351 E. Sandy Lake Road. The City of Coppell has been
approached by Mr. Doug Janeway with the City of Irving concerning the acquisition of an
easement through the property for the installation of a major transmission line to provide water
to the City of Irving and the City of Coppell. Please be advised that the City of Coppell offers
no objections to the granting of an easement through the property. The actual location of the
easement should coordinated with the City of Coppell in conjunction with proposed
improvements to this site in the very near future.
