All plant materials have been installed and the bermuda grass has taken hold, but is not at the stage where it will start runners. We have made two applications of a postemergent herbicide and have killed approximately 85 to 90 percent of the weeds. Therefore we urge the City of Coppell, as of this date, to start their maintenance program so as to prevent any degradation of the completed landscape. In addition, during our one year warranty period, any dead trees or plants will be replaced, other than those damaged from neglect, improper maintenance, insects~ disease, or acts of god. Very truly yours, ED BELL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY President JMA/gh AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
