Gentlemen:
Ed Bell Construction Co., the Contractor for the Belt Line Road
project will be attempting to finish the Punch List items before
the first of September.
If you or any of your personnel know of any other items that need
to be corrected, please advise our office as soon as possible.
The anticipated plan is to apply weed killer on or before the
first of September, and thereafter turn the maintenance over to
the City.
