Trish,
See the attached suggestion from Matt and Greg relative to root barriers...
I have also received feedback on the proposed radii adjustments. All parties support the revisions as you
sent them, however it appears that we could recover one parking space along Burnet couth of Crockett by
decreasing that radius back to 25 feet. Let me know what you think.

Gentlemen:
Southwest Wholesale in Coppell is listed as a distributer of this root barrier product. The plastic barrier
encourages root growth downward.
I thought something like this would be considered.

CELEBRATION, FL - LINEAR STYLE
PRODUCT: UB 24 -2
Founded in 1994 by the Walt Disney Company, Celebration, Florida is an innovative new town
outside Orlando. Project landscape architects EDAW, Inc. and civil engineers PBS & J were
concerned over the long term potential for conflict between root growth and sidewalks. The
solution was a linear application of DeepRoot UB 24 -2 along the length of exposed hardscapes.
The linear style planting provides the roots with the maximum available soil volume and the UB
24 -2 has prevented any hardscape damage.
