In anticipation of favorable action by the City of Coppell City Council this coming December 8, 1998, we are
enclosing five sets of the following contract forms for the Sandy Lake Road Water Line Project, from the
Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Tank to Denton Tap Road:
Bid Schedule Standard Form of Agreement
Questionnaire Performance Bond
Bid Affidavit Payment Bond
Affidavit of Safety Record Maintenance Bond
It is expected the council will award the contract to your company in the amount of $912,243.50.
Please sign and return all five sets of the enclosed documents except the Performance, Payment and
Maintenance Bonds. The executed documents need to be returned to our office no later than Friday,
December 4, 1998. Upon final council approval, we will ask that you forward the executed bonds to our office
for inclusion into the contract documents.
