payment bond, and maintenance bond forms for the above referenced project. Please
complete and return to our office at your earliest convenience. Please leave all dates
blank.
Upon receipt of the executed documents, we will return them to the City of
Coppell for final signatures. It is anticipated that a pre-construction conference can be
held in late January, 1993 and a Notice to Proceed can be issued by mid-February,
1993.
