Attached are draft copies of C.O.#1 and C.O.#2 as discussed. We elected to
make C.O.#1 the cost for microtunneling Fast Bethel and C.O.#2 the cost for Lateral
"A" across Ms. Alexandra' s property.
The Plans have been revised for C.O.#2 and are transmitted separately. We
have elected not to revise the drawings for C.O.#1 until after Council approval.

Re: License Agreement covering a 24-inch sanitary sewer main crossing
at Mile Post 606.84 in Coppell
Dear Mr. Griffin:
In August at the request of the City's attorney, Mr. Lawrence W.
Jackson, a revised license as referenced above was submitted for City
review and approval. Please advise if the Grapevine Creek Sanitary
Sewer Trunk Main, Branch I and II plans include a crossing of the
former Sto Louis Southwestern Railway right of way as originally
proposed by the City's engineering firm, Ginn, Inc.
Your advise on the status of this project would be appreciated. Both
the license agreement and the Construction Agreement and Contractor's
Right of Entry must be completed prior to construction with DART right
of way°
