Dear Mr. Ginn:
We have completed our review of 52 sheets of engineering drawings and
technical specifications submitted with your letter of July 14, 1992.
This project consists of construction of wastewater collection trunk
main for the City of Coppell. The reviewed material describes the
construction of the following components:
- approximately 12,450 feet of 30-inch PVC pipe (ASTM F-794)
- approximately 4200 feet of 24-inch PVC pipe (ASTM F-794)
- various manholes, fittings, and appurtenances.
The materials and methods of construction are to be in accordance
with the specifications submitted.
Our review indicates that the material submitted is generally in
accordance with the minimum standards set forth in Chapter 317 of the
Texas Water Commission's rules titled Design Criteria for SeweraGe
Systems. On that basis, this project is approved for construction.
Please note, within 60 days of completion of construction, an
appointed engineer must notify the. Commission (Plans and
Specifications Review) as to the date of completion and attest, by
written certification, that all construction, materials, and
installed equipment were in accordance with the approved plans,
specifications, and any change orders filed with the Commission.
