Dear Mr. Johnson:
On behalf of the City of Coppell and the Dallas County Public
Works Department, I hereby request that GTE verify the depth of
its cables and lower them, if necessary in the vicinity of the
location shown on the attached marked plans for the subject
project. This is necessitated by a design change in the proposed
drainage system for the project.
If a lowering is required, it must be accomplished within the
next 30 days to accommodate the commencement of storm sewer
construction by Dallas County's contractor. Please contact Mr.
Bud Beene, P.E. of the Dallas County Public Works Department at
214/653-7153 if you have any questions. The city of Coppell will
appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
