Dear Mr. Beene:
I am enclosing herewith a copy of a letter we received from
Albert H. Halff Associates, Inc. on behalf of the Irving Flood
Control District - Section III. As you can see, they are
concerned about the safety of the off-site storm sewer outfall
for the project. Since the Dallas County Public Works Department
is administering the construction of the project, I am forwarding
this for your consideration.
Please advise us of your preference in this matter at your
earliest convenience.
