The water meters are located in the Right-of-Way for ease in reading. ~" meters to be installed in boxes per City of Coppell specifications. .City to assume maintenance upon final acceptance.~ ~ ~~~~ One year maintenance on parts, products, workmanship plus all warranties extended through the product manufacturers. One problem still existing was where power for the controllers will come from. Originally this was through the street lights but since these are Photo Electrically~ activated with nighttime operation only, this is not desired'. An alternative would provide power through another source for full-time use at all hours. 8 different connections and meters will be necessary for the irrigation controllers with an aggregate operations and maintenance per month of $160.00 minimum for this segment of road. Again the project could start next week with a notice to proceed to' be given January 16 upon Kevin's return to work. Preliminary Staking and field work are the first items to commence within the irrigation system. Project completion should occur within 60 working days. Should you have any questions or comments, please advise. RED/sm
