Dear Mr. Manning:
Pursuant to a telephone conversation with Mr. Steve Mendoza, Mr.

review, comments and approval. The attached letter, from Mr.
Pafford, designates our firm as the design engineers for this

propose to combine Branch I and Branch II for bidding purposes,
and not have two separate projects.
We propose to advertise the project beginning the week of

If necessary, we can be available to discuss any of the features
of the proposed design at your convenience. Should you have any
questions, or require further information, please contact our
office.
Sincerely,
Gabe Favre
