The attached letter, from Mr. Pafford, designates our firm as the design engineers for this project. Enclosed is one set of plans and specifications. We propose to combine Branch I and Branch II for bidding purposes, and not have two separate projects. We propose to advertise the project beginning the week of September 3, 1992, and open bids on September 29, 1992.
