Dear Mr. Griffin:
Pursuant to our conversation earlier today, this is to confirm that I am the homeowner at
776 Crest, view Circle, Coppell, and that I am constructing a sport court on my property.
The corner of the concrete pad which I am constructing juts into the temporary working
easement for the Coppell sewage project. In the event that my concete pad is damaged
in any way, during construction on the sewage line, I will hold the city of Coppell
harmless.
I appreciate your cooperation in this matter and I intend to cooperate fully with your office
during the construction period.
