RE: Payment to Ginn, Inc. for Professional Services
Grapevine Creek Sewer Trunk Main Branches I & II
Ken Griffin and I met with Wayne Ginn and Gabe Favre of Ginn, Inc.
to discuss the above referenced matter. Additionally, Wayne Ginn
copied you on a letter dated 7/1/92 which was sent to me for the
purpose of clarifying Ginn, Inc.'s invoices.
After discussing this matter it was agreed that Mr. Ginn would bill
the City based on the present estimate identified in the most
recent invoice and that he would bill up to 90% of the design fees
and no more until sometime after the award of bid takes place,
tentatively scheduled for October, 1992.
It was also generally agreed that there were some line items that
were inadvertently left out of the cost estimates presented to City
Council in April which listed the original estimate, option A,
Option B and Option C.
