Geoteehnieal Investigation
Pursuant to your request, we transmitted, under separate cover, two copies
of the geotechnical investigation for the above referenced subject.
Also included are two copies of the Addendum to the original, which are
for the area along E. Bethel Rd. route. Phase II report will be
forthcoming.
It is our understanding that staff will be contacting property owners to
obtain any required permanent or temporary construction easements. We
also understand that if temporary easements, as shown on the plans, are
not obtained, then the contractor will be responsible for securing his own
construction easements directly with the owners of the properties.
