Re: Old Town question
Trish,
I see no reason to bid Old Town as A+B. We may want to discuss how long it will take, and possible
incentives for the overall project. We will certainly need to discuss the approach to the work in Bethel
Road, and if any closures are required, we will need to provide incentives to complete that portion quickly.
I would prefer you take the time necessary to complete your QC review prior to submitting the plans.

Keith,
The last couple of projects we've done for you have been bid as A+B. I didn't think we were doing that for
Old Town, but maybe that was just an assumption on my part. Please let me know if you intend on Old
Town being a A+B bid project as we are working on specs at the moment.
Also, regarding our project schedule, we had planned on submitting 90% paving, drainage, water and
sewer plans to you later this week. However, I need some more time getting the plans to the level I would
like for the submittal. We have completed our first round of quality control reviews and I just don't think
we can get them finished for you by Friday. So I'd like to delay the submittal until Tuesday, September
7th. Please let me know if that is acceptable.
Thanks,
Trish
