Project Schedule
In order to have the project ready to be awarded on October 13, 1992, we
offer the followiug tentative schedule.
1. Completed Plans/Specs to City Staff by July 20, 1992. (allow one
week for review).
2. Completed Plans/Specs to reviewing agencies by Jtlly 20, 1992.
(allow 30 days for review).
3. Plans and specs to printers by August 24, 1992.
4. Plans and specs available and ready to adverlise on Sept. 3, 10, aud
17, 1992
5. Open bids on September 29, 1992.
6. Recommendations to staff by October 5, 1992.
7. Council review and award on October 13, 1992.
8. Notice to proceed on completion of execution of bonds and contracts.
All of the above dates subject to change dependent upon review time by
others, necessary changes due to review comments, and complelion of
easement acquisition.
