It appears we have a signed agreement on the land for the Old Town Development. I would like to set up
another meeting with the franchise utility companies. I think Cris in your office set up the last one. Would
it be appropriate for him to continue to take the lead on that, or should I se the meeting up?
I'm off next week, but the week after would work for me. I'll check with Mindi and see if Greg has
indicated when he may be available.

Can I get a full set of the plans from Freese & Nichols for the infrastructure on Carter Crowley?
Also, we have all the documents executed now so Greg is ready for us to have the joint meeting with the
franchise utilities. I don't know who sets up that meeting, but we can try to get it set up now.
