ST1002-CS110128 (10/17/2011) Keith Marvin - RE: Re: Plat for Carter CrowleyPage 1 From: Tricia Hatley <thh@freese.com> To: Keith Marvin <kmarvin@coppelltx.gov> CC: Mindi Hurley <MHURLEY@coppelltx.gov> Date: 1/28/2011 5:01 PM Subject: RE: Re: Plat for Carter Crowley Keith - I will check with our surveyors on Monday and we'll see if we can get signatures taken care of. I know Chris is trying to get back in touch with all of the utility companies. Hopefully they will sign off now that they've had time to look at it and put together their plans. It sounds like an extension is not a big deal. Do you want to go ahead with the extension while we work on getting all the signatures? Tricia H. I know we wanted to wait until the utility companies had come up with their design, but it looks like we are running out of time. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> Matt Steer 1/28/2011 12:18 PM >>> Mindi, Good afternoon! The plat has not come in for signatures. I believe Keith and Trish were working with/meeting with the Utility Companies to resolve some items. The plat just has to be submitted to the city for signatures by Feb. 10, 2011, or it'll require an extension (not a big deal to process but it does require council action). The next submittal deadline for the PD is Feb. 14, 2011 for council approval on April 12, 2011, or if you were referring to the submittal date of March 21, 2011, then that'll go to City Council May 10, 2011. I am willing to process the PD in either of these time frames... Has it been filed? If not, are we waiting on the utility companies to sign? I know that Greg Yancey submitted his electrical load requirements a few weeks ago so can we get that meeting set up with the utility companies? If it hasn't been filed, when does it expire? Also, Greg would like to move forward with the PD in March. Is that okay, Matt?
