Keith,
It looks like 6 of the 7 blocks will need to be replatted due to division of land into multiple lots. The only one
that might not need to be replatted is the pavilion tract. That is dependent on whether any easements are
proposed on that property...
Thanks,
Matt

Oncor is still working on the layout of the overall project. We are working from a concept drawing of the
individual parcels of the property so we do not know exact building locations, usages nor do we have individual
electrical load sheets for the development.
I will sign the plat with the understanding that additional easements will be required as each parcel of property
develops and we know the electric requirements. These additional easements may need to be instrument
easements to Oncor if the individual properties will not be going back through the platting process.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
Thank You,

Hello, I need to obtain utility company signatures on the final copies of a plat for Old Town Addition (attached
pdf). We need to have the signed mylars delivered to the City of Coppell by February 10th (Thursday), so I will
need to get the signatures by Wednesday at the latest. Please let me know when we can meet with you to
obtain your signatures.
You may have been dealing with Tricia Hatley with Freese & Nichols on this project.
Thanks, and please feel free to call if you have any questions, Chris

Attached is the final copy of the Old Town Coppell Plat. I wanted to make sure that it is okay for us to acquire
the utility company's signatures on the Mylar/paper copies.
At the time the plat was approved I believe there were two outstanding comments:
1. Landscaping should not interfere with the visibility triangles at the intersections.
2. Additional comments will be generated upon detailed engineering review.
Does anything need to be done to have these comments cleared, or is it okay to proceed with obtaining
signatures?
I believe that the deadline to have the final signed copies back to the City to obtain their signatures will be
Thursday, February 10th. The weather has not been very cooperative lately, but I believe that we can still
make this deadline if we are able to get started on the utility company signatures by Monday.
Please let me know if you have any questions,
Thanks, Chris Blevins

Trish,
What would it take to get the plat processed for signatures? I know we
wanted to wait until the utility companies had come up with their design,
but it looks like we are running out of time.

Mindi,
Good afternoon! The plat has not come in for signatures. I believe Keith
and Trish were working with/meeting with the Utility Companies to resolve
some items.
The plat just has to be submitted to the city for signatures by Feb. 10,
2011, or it'll require an extension (not a big deal to process but it does
file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4D4FBBEACit...10/17/2011
Page 6 of 8
require council action).
The next submittal deadline for the PD is Feb. 14, 2011 for council approval
on April 12, 2011, or if you were referring to the submittal date of March
21, 2011, then that'll go to City Council May 10, 2011.
I am willing to process the PD in either of these time frames...
Thanks,
Matt

Matt & Keith,
I don't remember where we left the plat issue for Carter Crowley. Has it
been filed? If not, are we waiting on the utility companies to sign? I

know that Greg Yancey submitted his electrical load requirements a few weeks
ago so can we get that meeting set up with the utility companies? If it
hasn't been filed, when does it expire?
Also, Greg would like to move forward with the PD in March. Is that okay,
Matt?
