I will sign the plat with the understanding that additional easements will be required as each parcel of property develops and we know the electric requirements.  These additional easements may need to be instrument easements to Oncor if the individual properties will not be going back through the platting process. At the time the plat was approved I believe there were two outstanding comments:       1. Landscaping should not interfere with the visibility triangles at the intersections.       2. Additional comments will be generated upon detailed engineering review. Does anything need to be done to have these comments cleared, or is it okay to proceed with obtaining signatures? I believe that the deadline to have the final signed copies back to the City to obtain their signatures will be Thursday, February 10th.  The weather has not been very cooperative lately, but I believe that we can still make this deadline if we are able to get started on the utility company signatures by Monday. Please let me know if you have any questions, Thanks, Chris Blevins ________________________________ Chris L. Blevins, R.P.L.S. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> Matt Steer 1/28/2011 12:18 PM >>> Mindi, Good afternoon!  The plat has not come in for signatures.  I believe Keith and Trish were working with/meeting with the Utility Companies to resolve some items. The plat just has to be submitted to the city for signatures by Feb. 10, 2011, or it'll require an extension (not a big deal to process but it does file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4D4FBBEACit...10/17/2011 Page 6 of 8 require council action). The next submittal deadline for the PD is Feb. 14, 2011 for council approval on April 12, 2011, or if you were referring to the submittal date of March 21, 2011, then that'll go to City Council May 10, 2011. I am willing to process the PD in either of these time frames...
