I have prepared the estimate for the single phase line just east of Loch Ln. and it looks like this should be
around $15,000. The same rules apply about easements and future overhead crossings, though at this
location that should never be an issue. Let me know if you need anything else.

I think I have a total cost worked out based on your estimates. The only question I have right now
concerns the single phase distribution line that crosses Bethel Road East of Loch lane. This line appears
to feed the homes on the east side of Loch Lane. Can I use the same estimate as the service lines for
this one ($6,500)?

I have completed the 3 preliminary estimates that you requested crossing Bethel Rd. Listed below are the
approximate amounts:
Estimate 1 - Crossing Bethel Rd. just west of S. Coppell Rd. across from the old farmer's market - approx.
cost is $35,000 - includes simply burying the existing overhead crossing using poles already in place
Estimate 2 - Crossing S. Coppell Rd. just north of Bethel Rd. - approximate cost is $40,000 - includes
adding 2 new poles for the new risers
Estimate 3 - Crossing Bethel Rd. at S. Coppell Rd. just east of the deli - approximate cost is $38,000 -
includes adding 1 new pole for one of the risers
As with the prior estimates, please be aware that these are PRELIMINARY costs only. They do not

include excessively deep bores, or other factors that may come into play depending on the SUE
information. This also does not preclude Oncor from installing overhead lines in the future if the load
dictates new feeders. All easements, if there are any, would be the responsibility of the City (I don't
anticipate any at this time).
