This should accurately represent the plans for the residences
Unless something comes from Planning or the platting /DRC process in the future, this design shouldn't change. I
asked Darling to pay attention to the driveway locations since the water and sewer meters go in the landscape
spaces.
Keith, we didn't know if your department wants the dedicated alley at 30' or 20'. We show a 20' dedicated alley
with a 5' utility easement on both sides. The homes are 1' from the 5' easement. The roof overhang is only 6 so
no part of the home is over the easement.
If Engineering wants the alley at 30', then these homes are 1' from the dedicated alley. We can draw it the way
you want when platting or now.
