Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Tank
Dear Mr. Swinnea:
The City continues to report SCADA communication failures from the Wagon Wheel Ranch elevated storage
tank. Correct operation of the SCADA system at this tank is imperative for the correct operation of the water
distribution system and the protection of the health, safety and welfare of the public. The City is currently
planning to take their only other tank out of service within the next couple of months for scheduled
maintenance work, and the correct operation of the SCADA system at the Wagon Wheel Ranch tank is
necessary for this work to be accomplished.
Please provide the manpower, equipment and materials to complete this work in an expeditious manner. Also
please provide a schedule which details how and when this work will be completed. If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
