Dear Sanford:
On Monday, February 24, 1992, I spoke with Steve Mendoza with the
Water Shed Management Division of the Texas Water Commission in
Austin regarding their review of this project. In speaking with Mr.
Mendoza, he feels that based on the size and nature of this
project, their review is necessary.
Therefore, as project consultant/designing engineer, I want to
request that you forward copies of the plans and specifications for
Branches I and II to the T.W.C. for their review. It will be
necessary for the cover of each set of plans and specifications to
be signed, sealed, and dated with your registered seal. Below I
have listed the address and contact for that Division of the T.W.C.
