Final Walk-Through for Executive Drive
Utilities personnel performed a walk-thru on the above referenced
project yesterday morning and the following items were found to
be deficient;
All manholes need chimney seals and rainpans.
Main line valve at drainage channel needs valve
extension. ~ ~.
. Manhole at Wrangler and Executive Dr. needs to be
raised to curb grade.
Need M.H. painted on curb for all manholes.
Please insure that each of these items are corrected prior to
release of this project.
