We are enclosing a copy of the City of Coppell development fee calculations for Marc Meyers/
Executive Drive for water impact fees/water tap fees associated with the irrigation meters.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $3,908.65 and
forward it to Alan Johnson, Finance Director, along with a copy of the fee calculations. Please
see that a copy of the irrigation fees are forwarded to the developer of the property.
Providing a copy of your paid receipt to our office will help us verify payment of the required
