A. INTENT OF CHANGE ORDER
The intent of this change order is to modify the provisions of the contract entered into between the City of
Coppell, Texas and Fox Contractors, Inc., P.O. Box 951, Midlothian, Texas 76065, for construction of the
Sandy Lake Road Water Line - Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Tank to Denton Tap Road, dated December 8,
1998.
B. DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE
This change order covers the additional compensation for delays imposed on the Contractor while alternative
alignment and easement issues were being resolved by the City on the Sandy Lake Road Water Line project.
