Contractors, Inc. for the construction of the Sandy Lake Road Water Line. Change Order Number 2 covers the

CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
A. INTENT OF CHANGE ORDER
The intent of this change order is to modify the provisions of the contract entered into between the City of
Coppell, Texas and Fox Contractors, Inc., P.O. Box 951, Midlothian, Texas 76065, for construction of the
Sandy Lake Road Water Line - Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Tank to Denton Tap Road, dated
December 8, 1998.
B. DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE
The original plans for this project called for the water line to terminate at Station 117+86.74 with a 24-inch
dished head plug on the east side of Denton Tap Road. The City of Coppell has requested that the contractor
make the connection to the 24-inch water line in this same vicinity currently under construction by others.
This change order covers the extra work required to furnish and install approximately 48 linear feet of 24-
inch water line and make the necessary connections to the existing distribution system including all
closures, fittings and appurtenances, complete in place. The attached revised construction plan sheet
number 11 shows the extra work covered by this change order.
