Please accept this letter of assurance for Northpoint Drive. The basis for this letter is to
acknowledge that if the ripples in the paving for the above referenced project become a point of
contention, NTC will take the necessary actions to remedy the situation. It is my understanding
that with this letter we will be able to final the project, contingent upon grassing at a later date.
