A follow up walk-thru was conducted this morning. The following
items remain deficient.
44+ 65 ting manhole still leaking low spot in floor at~)
( floor outlet invert 1-2 gpm~] Also manhole at Stone
~Wall has no bolts. ~j~ ~
~1~114+45 Reset chimney seal bottom & grout crack under seal
0k.124+60 No cut out in approach area - only cut 3 sides.
* All bolt downs will need bolts installed.
