Dear Sirs:
As directed in Contract Specifications Division 1, General Requirements,
Section 01700, pg. 1, please accept this as written notification that the
work on the referenced project is substantially complete. The following is
a list of items, identified by properties, to be completed or corrected:
1. Stewart property
a. remove fence on northwest corner
b. backfill settlement area
c. replace the fence
d. backfill settlement on southwest corner and
straighten vent pipe
e. paint trees where delimbed or scarred
f. replace guard rails
2. Nixon property
a. complete dress-up of driveway
3. Reiny and Pierce property
a. seed back lot
4. Carter property
a. place and bolt vent turbines
b. grout tie-in pipe
c. bolt down lids
d. repair chain link fence
5. Easement between Moore Rd. and Mockingbird Rd.
a. remove bridge pipe from tie-in manholes and dress-up
inverts (grout)
6. Demolish two terminated manholes
