Dear Mr. Frettinger:
The purpose of this correspondence is to bring to your attemion a concern relative to the
captioned project.
I have been contacted by Mr. Ralph Bahret, 208 E. Bethel Road, telephone 393-5321, who feels
that his house has suffered some damage resulting from the adjacent construction. Mr. Bahret
advises that he has broken windows in the from part of his house and fears that other less
noticeable damage may have occurred.
I advised Mr. Bahret that I would pass this information on to Kenko so that they could take the
appropriate action.
Please have a represemative of Kenko, or your insurance carrier, contact Mr. Bahret and please
keep me informed as to the results of any such discussion or meeting.
