1. The grantee is ~sponsible for all costs associated wi~ ~e cons~ction of~is access driveway,

Dear Mr. Hensley:
The City of Coppell requests that you review the attached Construction Plans for the extension of
North Point Drive. The City of Coppell also request pernfission to work within the TxDOT right-of-
way of S.H. 121 in order to connect the proposed North Point Drive extension to the northbound
frontage road of S.H. 121_
The City of Coppell will be responsible for the maintenance of this roadway once the facilities are
constructed and accepted as an addition to the City of Coppell. The developer will be responsible
for all costs associated with the construction of this roadway.
