Dear Mr. Martin:
Attached with this letter you will find three sets of plans and your first submittal comments for North
Point Drive located in the Freeport North Addition. These plans have been extensively revised from
our original submittal in November of 1996. In particular we have reworked the following:
Pavement Width and Median Geometrics
Drainage Area Map and Drainage Systems
Water and Sanitary Sewer Systems
In addition to the redesign of this road and infrastructure we have included Traffic Control Details
with this submital. We are also submitting these plans to the Texas Department of Transportation
Denton Office for their approval and/or comment.
