Dear Sir:
I received an invoice for survey work associated with Don Carter's property for work performed
on January 12, 1994. This work was to tie down a new easement to align with the installation
of the new sewer line across Mr. Carter's property. Upon receipt of the invoice, I contacted
your office to inform you that I had no problem with the payment of the invoice, however, I
have yet to receive any field notes concerning this project. Prior to payment of this invoice
please provide the City of Coppell with the necessary field notes so that the easement description
can be developed and processed to Mr. Carter for his signature.
