HISTORY: The preliminary plat was approved by City Council on October 8, 1996
and the Planning and Zoning Commission was granted the approval
authority for the Final Plat.
TRANSPORTATION: Northpoint Drive is a C4D four-lane divided collector street
contained within a 90 foot right-of-way.

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: The Comprehensive Plan shows the area suitable for light
industrial/showroom uses.
DISCUSSION: The Development Review Committee has reviewed the final plat and
drainage area maps, and made no negative recommendation. The
applicant has satisfied all staff requirements and has obtained a favorable
approval from the Texas Department of Transportation with regards to the
proposed drainage plan.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
Staff recommends approval of the final plat.
