Dear Mr. Gude:
We have the following comments concerning the proposed
development and associated drainage plan at the above mentioned
intersection. The Department does not object to the proposed
drainage plan if the flow across the frontage road remains the
same or is reduced. This flow across the frontage road should
remain as sheet flow and will not be allowed to cross the surface
of the frontage as a concentrated flow. The flow may be
concentrated and conveyed under the frontaqe road usinq a storm
sewer system., it would appear, based on your October i8, 1996
letter, that your proposal would be satisfactory. Please forward
the proposed construction plans to our office for review and
final approval.
