SUBJECT: Grapevine Creek Sewer Project
Garreth,
The subcontractor and general contractor have now been involved in the con-
struction of the sewer project on my property since October 1993. The street
in front of my residence has been under construction since January 4, 1994.
Enough is enough. I would like to know when to expect the completion of the
repairs to my property for the following:
1.Repair the sprinkler system which was cut the first week of January
2.Completion of the curb repair work; the curb has been damaged extensively
across the entire front of my property
3.Fill in with dirt and resod the median area between curb and sidewalk
4.Repair of sidewalk which has been cracked and undermined
5.Removal of barriers and cleanup of fill rock and other debris
I have been more than patient and cooperative during the past eight months. It
is time to finish this and move on.
I appreciate your help in this matter and look forward to your reply.
