Dear Mr. Frettinger:
We have reviewed your request of April 26, 1994, regarding the alternative
method-tunneling for the Coppell Sewer project.
We have no objection to Southland making the changes. It is understood that the
contract unit prices will not be changed and that this alternative is for the purpose of
expediting the completion of this project. It is also our understanding that the City of
Coppell has no objection as stated in the meeting on April 21, 1994.
