I believe it would be in the City's best interest to meet with you and representatives of KENKO,
Inc. and Southland Contracting, Inc. so that we may discuss some of the plans, details and
possible problems we might e~,counter in the remaining portion of the contract on Grapevine
Creek Sewer.
I have tentatively set a meeting for Tuesday, January llth, 10:00 a.m. in the Town Center, 255
Parkway Blvd.
If for some reason you are unable to attend at that time, please advise at your earliest
convenience.
