CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
A. INTENT OF CHANGE ORDER
The intent of this change order is to modify the provisions of the contract entered into between the City of
Coppell, Texas and Fox Contractors, Inc., P.O. Box 951, Midlothian, Texas 76065, for construction of the
Sandy Lake Road Water Line - Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Tank to Denton Tap Road, dated
December 8, 1998.
B. DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE
Due to conflict with the existing 16-inch waterline and the proposed 24-inch waterline undemeath the
northbound lanes of Denton Tap Road, approximately 40-linear feet of installed 36-inch encasement pipe is
to be removed and re-bored at a lower grade. See the attached revised construction drawing.
