SUBJECT: Grapevine Creek Sewer Main - Easements ..-~,.~b
REFERENCE: My letter to you dated November 1, 1993
Dear Mr. Griffin,
After our phone conversation on Friday, November 5, I expected to receive a
signed copy of the Sanitary Sewer Easement contract. As of today that has
not happened.
Since November 1, several pieces of heavy equipment have been placed on my
property, and work has begun on the Grapevine Creek Sewer project.
Let me make myself clear to the city; I want a signed copy of the Sanitary
Sewer Easement contract that my wife ~nd I took the time to notarize, sign,
and review with an attorney more that fifteen months ago. I want a copy no
later than November 24, 1993.
After that date, I will instruct my attorney to enjoin the city, its
contractor, and subcontractors, from access to my property. This whole
process has not been handled well, and as a taxpayer and thirteen year
resident, I think I deserve some consideration.
I look forward to your reply and resolution to this matter.
