Dear Sir:
Kenko is in receipt of the fax regarding Mr. Donald Brewer's
property. The undersigned has reviewed the letter with Kenko
Project Superintendent, Jerry Haukos. Please note that the dirt
has been replaced to pre-construction grades. According to
Mr. Haukos, the sprinkler system was in direct conflict with the
installation of the sewer main. As such, it is Kenko's position
that the City should bear the cost of reinstalling the sprinkler
system.
