He ended our conversation by stating that Mr. Thompson
early-on that a no median opening proposal would probably be recommended,
and Bill seemed to accept that fact with little concern.
At any rate, from our end it appears that it would be most beneficial to
the City to abide by our consultant's advice and allow no median opening
at Royal/Southwestern.
