Punch List Items for - Royal Lane North
The following punch list items have come to our attention.:
1. The second reinforced concrete box culvert has reinforcement
bar showing 40' in.
2. The drainage ditch on the south side needs to be graded to
drain around the headwall.
South to North
1. First Joint -Rout and seal crack east of centerline. Also,
seal curb west side by expansion joint.
2. Buttons not per construction details. Fire hydrant markers.
3. Clean out RCP - First drop inlet from the south, second drop
inlet and third drop inlet.
4. Remove form at 33" RCP Headwall west side.
5. Entrance Area (Transition) was not constructed per standard
detail.
6. North side of Thweatt - Sanitary sewer line compaction bad,
needs repair per Street Cut Details - 6" concrete, 2" HMAC.
