Dear Mr. Armbrewster:
The City of Coppell is willing to make a Maintenance Bond exchange per
your request at a date and time set by you. The exchange should take
place at our office located at 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
I must also advise you that the original bond submitted to the City if
Coppell could not be located at this time; however, the City of Coppell
will exercise the rights of the original construction contract, and hold
only the latest dated approved maintenance Bond valid.
